Shipping containers at a freight terminal

Mile Marker Verify

Know the carrier.
Verify the handoff.
Keep the record.

Carrier vetting and freight-fraud risk tools that connect the decision before tender with the checks at pickup and delivery.

Built for freight brokers. Informed by the carrier’s record.

Built around the way freight moves.

More context. Better decisions.

Four layers.
One documented decision.

Verify brings the signals and supporting evidence into one workflow, while your brokerage keeps control of the decision.

LAYER 01

Tender-time carrier screening

Start with the carrier’s USDOT number and the email and phone that actually bid on the load. Review the signals behind a clear review tier.

  • FMCSA standing and operating-authority information
  • Business-registry checks and changes in carrier identity
  • Email-domain and bid-phone signals for follow-up

LAYER 02

Carrier-consented compliance profiles

See authorized operating records alongside federal carrier information, instead of relying on a document that says little about daily practice.

  • PlacardPro shipping-paper and placarding records
  • CargoPro securement inspection history
  • Carrier-controlled sharing depth and access visibility

LAYER 03

Pickup and delivery verification

Compare the truck, carrier, driver, and destination against the recorded dispatch. Use one-time codes sent to the carrier-confirmed driver phone.

  • Record the authorized dispatch and delivery destination
  • Confirm the driver phone through the carrier’s account
  • Use secure dock links for pickup and delivery checks

LAYER 04

Tamper-evident diligence records

Preserve what your team reviewed, what each check showed, and when it happened, with a load-level record you can revisit and export.

  • Timestamped screens, profile snapshots, and gate checks
  • Cryptographically sealed, hash-chained audit records
  • Exportable evidence for customers, insurers, or counsel

Verify supports informed review; it does not certify a carrier, determine that someone is committing fraud, or eliminate cargo-theft risk. Carrier selection and release decisions remain with the responsible teams.

The connected carrier advantage

Good work deserves
a better record.

Carriers already using PlacardPro and CargoPro have a head start: a history of documented work. With the carrier’s permission, Verify can bring that evidence into the broker’s selection process.

Carriers choose the depth they share and can see access to their records. Participation adds context; it does not guarantee approval.

Mile Marker Verify

Authorized records, carrier screening, and dispatch verification in the brokerage workflow.

At the dock

Connect the booking
to the physical handoff.

A forwarded pickup number is only one piece of information. Verify adds checks against the dispatch and the driver phone confirmed by the carrier.

01

Record the dispatch

Set the expected carrier, truck, driver, and authorized delivery location before the handoff.

02

Confirm the driver

The participating carrier confirms the driver’s phone through its own authenticated account.

03

Check both ends

Pickup and delivery teams use secure links and one-time driver codes to record each handoff.

Questions, answered

A few useful answers.

Want to see how this fits your operation? We’ll walk through your workflow with you.

Talk with our team
Does a carrier need an account before I run a screen?

Tender-time screening can begin with the carrier’s USDOT number and bid contact details without carrier enrollment. Shared compliance profiles and the carrier-confirmed driver-phone workflow require carrier participation.

Do shippers and receivers need to install an app?

The pickup and delivery teams use secure dock links for their checks. They do not need to install an app or create a dock account for that workflow.

What does a review tier tell my team?

Verify organizes screening results into CLEAR, ELEVATED, or REVIEW and shows the underlying signals. A tier is decision support, not a safety certification or a finding of fraud.
